What does it cost me?+
Nothing, and there is no per-client fee. Your clients pay the standard Primed subscription, £20 a year, exactly as they would without a coach.
Do my clients pay extra for coaching?+
No. Coaching sits on top of the app they already pay for. Whatever you charge for your own coaching is between you and your client, and Primed takes no part of it.
What happens if the coaching ends?+
They keep everything. Your client keeps their tracker and every workout in it. Primed is their app first, which is exactly why they will not resent installing it.
Can I bring clients from another platform?+
One at a time, for now. Client list import is on the way. You invite clients with a code, and we will tell you the moment bulk import lands. Programmes are a rebuild rather than an import, because a usable export is rarely something you can get out of a coaching platform.
What can I see about a client?+
Only what they train and share. The training they log, the check-ins they submit and anything they choose to share. Not the rest of their account, and you can never sign in as them.
